In the case of an executive outplacement, we feel the following key criteria need to be taken under consideration so that you can make an advised decision when choosing the consulting firm with whom you wish to work:

• Length of intervention :

The most important thing to us at Atomos conseil is a well developed project for you. With that in mind, outplacement missions do not have pre-determined time lines.

• Integration to your new position :

At Atomos conseil, we believe that your finalized project (new salaried post, or creation of a firm, or take-over) is not the end, but the beginning of an important new stage in your career. We will guide you through these next 12 months, advising you as frequently as you feel necessary. This guidance can be extended to a period of 36 months should you desire.

• Consultant/Coach :

Throughout the different stages of your mission, you will require both advising - especially during the primary diagnostic and guidance in your job hunt. You will also require coaching - especially during your integration period. At Atomos conseil, your consultant and coach is one and the same person, creating a strong working relationship.
