Outplacement


An outplacement mission with Atomos Conseil is comprised of three phases:


  • a professional diagnostic of your strengths and limits and an interrogation of motives towards building your new professional project.
  • guidance up until your goal is reached and:
    • you have signed a labor contract,
    • or you have created your own firm,
    • or you a have realized a take-over.

During this phase, thanks to a partnership with the "Université Léonard de Vinci" in Paris, you have access to a complete data base with references to French and international firms, as well as industry market studies.


  • Coaching sessions for a 12 month integration period in order to maximize your chances to succeed in your new project. These sessions are vital especially when your new professional challenge is an important change of field from your previous post (change of country/culture, managerial stakes, becoming a business owner and not anymore an employee,...). You may also choose an optional 24 month follow up (36 months total).

The length of each mission is, understandably, variable. The second phase, follow-up guidance, lasts as long as needed.


A consultant, specialized in professional development, accompanies you throughout the mission. To better understand your personality traits, a session with a psychologist/graphologist will be programed during the primary phase.


What makes Atomos conseil unique, is our team of experts. Mobilized for a contractually determined period of time, we work together to improve upon certain weaknesses, or obtain necessary skills that were diagnosed during the first phases of the mission. You and your consultant decide together which experts are best suited to obtain your goals.
