An inplacement mission is comprised of two phases:

• a professional diagnostic of your strengths and limits and an interrogation of motives towards building a new professional project.
  

• set up of an action plan to determine how your project can be incorporated "in-house".

This type of mission usually lasts 2 to 3 months.

A consultant specialized in professional development accompanies you throughout the mission. To better understand your personality traits, a session with a psychologist/graphologist will be programed during the primary phase.
