• Coaching for management leadership :
  

Become a better leader. Be autonomous and delegate constructively. Understand your role as a team manager within the structure. Understand organizational limits, processes ans regulations. Identify and implement strategies to increase team dynamics.

• Coaching for business units' (or firm's) organizational develoment

Better understand your infrastructure, analyse and redefine the structural makings of your department/firm, your consumers, clients, service providers, competitors, regulations (national or international),... Develop your role as a leader as well as identifying the measures needed to evolve.

The form of coaching you need will be determined during a primary meeting with us at Atomos Conseil. In most cases, a combination of types mentioned above are tailored to meet your needs and goals.

Most coaching programs take approximateky 20 hours over a 6 month period.

All coaching objectives, formalities, various techniques likely to be used, as well as our code of ethics, will be clearly defined by contract.
