As a recognized method in collective intelligence, Professional Codevelopment was founded in Montreal at the end of the 1990s. It enables the actors of a company, organized in peer groups under the supervision of a facilitator, to progress in their individual and collective practice by exchanging ideas and information concerning situations drawn from actual experience.

Each member of the group in turn presents a problem and benefits from the feedback of the other participants in a clearly structured process. Each session lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Main advantages: outside eye on personal experience, stimulation of creativity, creation of in-house synergy networks based on trust and solidarity, learning to accept help, solving concrete problems in real time.
